BELLA DONNA - SENIOR CAPSTONE

For my Apparel Design & Production capstone project at Colorado State, I focused on creating a collection that emphasized the art of tailoring and the perfect fit, ensuring each piece was not only visually striking but complimented the subject's figure.

A major theme of my project was the fusion of feminine silhouettes with rugged, durable materials. I combined my love for denim and leather with an appreciation for feminine design, creating structured yet graceful garments.

Throughout the project, I aimed to showcase my sewing and pattern making skills by designing a series of garments that highlighted precision and attention to detail. My capstone also highlighted the other skills I acquired throughout my time at CSU, such as fashion illustration, computer-aided design, and concept development.

This capstone project allowed me to push the boundaries of my technical abilities while also deepening my understanding of garment construction. It encompasses the skills I've acquired throughout my education and highlights the best work I've produced.
